Making Oat Blueberry Pancakes

Over the past few months I’ve been losing weight by following a new food lifestyle constructed by my Fitness Coach. One of the recipes I use is to make Oat Blueberry Pancakes.

I used:
Oats 55g
Protein powder 40g (vanilla)
1 whole egg and egg whites making a combined weight of 75g
Blueberries 75g
Water
