5. Spectacular Welsh Waterfalls

At the head of the Rhondda Valleys you’ll find Pen Pych mountain. It has a unique flat topped summit, which is extremely rare across Europe and stunning natural waterfalls along the trail – which freeze during Winter. This episode was filmed during Winter 2024. This mountain reminds me of the television series The Waltons, it would be a dream to live in a wooden cabin amongst the pine trees

Welcome to Sean's Journal

In January 2024 I returned to my birthplace in the mountains of the Rhondda Valleys in Wales. Previously I had lived 20 years in London and a mixture of 10 years between Manchester, Cardiff and a short stint in Toronto.
This journal documents my rediscovery of my homeland, the people and my desire to become as self-sufficient as possible by growing my own food.
