Summer Health Progress

Thought it was about time for an update. Over the past few months I’ve more-or-less stayed to the idea of 800 cals per day but not necessarily following the meal plans in the book. Therefore I’m pleased to see that the weight hasn’t changed much, only a few pound from my last reading of 16st 9lb. But I’m interested to see that the body fat percentage has dropped.

This gives me confidence that it’s easy to maintain the weight without any dramatic increase. If this is the case then it seems possible to drop 1st a month then go into maintenance mode for a while before dropping another 1st. Am pleased with the journey so far.
