I love the scent of Sweet Peas but haven’t grown them for years. Recently chatting with YouTuber Green Side Up he mentioned he gets his seeds from a company called Eagle Sweet Peas, I’ve never heard of them. But Steve (Green Side Up) knows his stuff so I’ve taken his recommendation that they are a good company to deal with.
Costing £10 the collection I’ve gone for is ‘Centenary Seed Collection’ (Old Fashioned Grandiflora). I’m hoping their scent will fill the garden.
The varieties are America; Cupani; Dorothy Eckford; Flora Norton; Henry Eckford; Lord Nelson; Painted Lady; Prima Donna; Queen Alexandra and Senator. At the moment I’m thinking of growing them against the fence alongside the railway.
