Weight and Cholesterol Update

For the past few weeks I’ve reduced the amount of food I’m consuming down to breakfast and main meal, this is due to a variety of personal reasons. I’ve found that I’m more in tune with my body and am pretty good at gauging what results will appear due to what I’m eating.

Visited the doctors recently for blood tests, a few days later the results came back and they are pretty good which gives me confidence that I’m on the right track. Since starting cholesterol blood test has reduced from 6.92 to 5.7; reducing cardiovascular risk from 7.2% to 5.1%.
